Garment dyeing and specialty washing completed at our in-house 5,000 m² washing facility.

05 · PRINT & EMBROIDERY

Printing and embroidery completed according to approved artwork and specifications.

06 · INSPECTION

Systematic garment inspection throughout the production process and before shipment.

07 · PRESSING & PACKING

Final pressing, finishing, folding, and packaging for delivery.

08 · DELIVERY

Finished garments are prepared for outbound delivery according to the confirmed order schedule.

CLOSED-LOOP PRODUCTION

From fabric sourcing to final delivery, key production stages are handled within our 4,000 m² garment factory and 5,000 m² washing facility, minimizing external processing and providing greater control over production flow and lead times.
